WatchGuard Coatings

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which coating my project needs?

Send three facts through the contact form: the substrate, the exposure that is damaging it, and how long the surface can be out of service. Our technical team matches a system from the WatchGuard family and sends the spec back, usually the same business day.

Is this the same product family as watchguardcoating.com?

Yes, same family, different map. The flagship site is organized by product line; this site is organized by application because many visitors start from a failing surface, not a product name. Either road leads to the same chemistry and the same team.

Can one order cover roof, floor and wall products?

Absolutely, and mixed orders are common: a warehouse doing joint repair, aisle coating and roof restoration in one shutdown ships as a single coordinated order with one support contact.

What if my substrate is unusual?

Describe it honestly, including previous coatings if any. The universal primer covers most tie-coat situations across TPO, EPDM, metal and concrete, but when adhesion is in doubt we will recommend a test patch protocol before you commit to full quantities.

Do you sell through distributors?

Yes. We are actively adding distribution partners by region and application specialty. Distributors get stocking terms, protected accounts and application training for counter staff. Mention distribution interest in the contact form for the program sheet.

How fast do orders ship?

Stock systems ship from Wisconsin within days, nationwide. Project-sized orders can be scheduled against your shutdown calendar so material lands when the crew does.

Still Deciding?

A five-minute description of your surface gets a matched system with real numbers. No catalog required.
